This website and online store are operated by Regrow.

Our ecommerce services are hosted through Shopify, which provides the online platform that enables us to display and sell our products.

Your use of this website is subject to this Legal Notice and the policies referred to above.

  1. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate and current.

Product packaging, appearance, ingredients or minor design details may occasionally change. Any such change will not knowingly reduce the essential quality or intended cosmetic purpose of the product.

Product colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings, lighting conditions and normal manufacturing variations.

We reserve the right to correct genuine typographical mistakes, pricing errors or inaccurate product information.

If an error materially affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and provide an appropriate opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.

It is not a medicine and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent alopecia, hair-loss disorders, scalp disease or any other medical condition.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless another currency is clearly shown.

Prices include applicable taxes where required.

Delivery charges and any other applicable costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

We may change our prices, bundles or promotional offers at any time. Changes will not retrospectively affect orders that have already been accepted.

Promotional codes must be entered correctly during checkout and cannot normally be applied after an order has been completed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers and discount codes cannot be combined.

Payment must be authorised by your payment provider. We are not responsible for delays or declined transactions caused by a bank, card issuer or third-party payment provider.

  1. ORDERS

You are responsible for checking your order, contact information and delivery address before submitting payment.

An automated order-confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

• The product is unavailable
• Payment cannot be authorised
• The information supplied is incomplete or appears fraudulent
• There is an obvious pricing or product-information error
• The order appears intended for unauthorised commercial resale
• We are unable to deliver to the address supplied
• We reasonably believe the order breaches our policies

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  1. DELIVERY

Our current processing times, delivery estimates, tracking information and procedures for delayed or missing orders are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, delivery dates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.

We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to another person or safe place that you have authorised.

Please ensure that the delivery address supplied at checkout is complete and accurate.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately at info@regrowroots.com. We will try to update it where possible, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, you may be responsible for the reasonable cost of redelivery.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Customers purchasing online have statutory cancellation and return rights where applicable. Full instructions and eligibility conditions are provided in our Returns and Refund Policy.

For most eligible online purchases, you may notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. You must then return the goods within a further 14 days.

We do not offer free returns for unwanted or change-of-mind purchases.

You are responsible for arranging and paying the return postage for an unwanted purchase, provided this responsibility was disclosed before the order was placed.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage.

Please contact info@regrowroots.com before returning a product. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our customer-care team and must not be sent to the address shown on the original parcel unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

Where a personal-care product has been supplied sealed for health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may no longer apply if that seal is removed after delivery.

This restriction does not affect your rights where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs or arrange an appropriate alternative resolution.

Nothing in this Legal Notice limits your statutory consumer rights.
